-Terms/Policies may be added at any time without notice.

- Closing will happen at seller's attorney's office.

-No Owner Financing, please don't ask.

-Title company will be Sierra Title, McAllen, TX.

-Title search/insurance will be paid 50/50 by seller and buyer.

-Best existing survey (provided by seller) will be used or  buyer pays for new survey.

-Brokerage fees/amounts/split will be discussed as sale proceeds.

-Escrow amounts will be discussed as sale proceeds.

-No mineral rights will be transferred.
